Event Registration

All academic and administrative departments are required to be registered with the Marvin Center Scheduling and Events Services Office to be able to reserve space using university accounts and be eligible for reduced fees. Only authorized schedulers may reserve space.

All Student organizations must be registered with the Student Activities Center to be able to reserve space and schedule events in the Hippodrome. During the registration process, groups are able to authorize three people to schedule space in the Marvin Center. Only these three people will be permitted to schedule space with the Hippodrome Programming Office.
